Fees
The foundation costs for a Belize-IBC as well as current annual costs - all in US dollars - are as follows:

The usual, annual costs of total $ 400.00 become due from the 1st January of the year following the foundation.
If the costs are not paid to the 30th June of every year, then from the 1st July of every year, a one-time default fee in the amount of $ 50.00 will be due, which will increase to a one-time amount of $ 100.00 with another default from the 1st October of every year.
If no payment of the annual fee is made up to the 31st December of every year, then the company will be closed without further reminder from the IBC register. The costs for the "registered agent" and the "registered office" should be paid up to the closing of the company!
The annual costs for an IBC with a share capital of more than $ 50,000.00 amount to a lump sum of $ 1,000.00, that of an IBC with share "no par value" to a lump sum of $ 700.00. For the rest, the preceding information is applicable accordingly.

As far as you order the above nominee services (nominee director and/or nominee shareholder), the costs given for that are collected for the whole period of the service, due and payable annually as per the respective foundation year of the company, that is, then within a period of 4 weeks before the foundation date of the company.
